Pothole and Asphalt Repairs

Potholes, cracks and uneven sections don't fix themselves, and left alone they tend to spread. We repair damaged tar and asphalt properly, matching the repair into the existing surface so it doesn't just become a problem again in six months.

How it works

Our process

  • Damage assessment

We look at the cracks or potholes and work out what's causing them, not just where they are.

  • Cutting back

Damaged material is cut back to solid, stable edges.

  • Base correction

Where the base has failed, it's corrected before any new material goes down.

  • Patch and compact

New tar is laid into the repaired area and compacted to match the surrounding surface.

  • Blend and seal

The repair is blended in and sealed where needed to stop water getting underneath.

Worth knowing

Small cracks are cheap to fix now and expensive to ignore. Water gets into a crack, undermines the base, and turns a small repair into a full resurface. If you've spotted early cracking, it's worth getting it looked at before the next rainy season.
